We want you to grow with us. Thats why whether you are a past client or someone new to XCO, we will provide you with 10% of our received commission at completion as a thank you for referring a new client to us.

You will receive a referral fee of 10% (of received commissions) when the new client completes a listing with us, or 10% (of received commissions) when the new client completes a purchase with us.

This is only valid for the first completion with a new client.

The more clients you send us, the more referral fees you will receive.

Simply introduce your contact to us and pass along their information and we will take care of the rest.

Regulation regarding referals

You must not engage in activities to solicit the names of people who may be interested in acquiring or disposing of real estate; and

Making referrals and receiving referral fees is incidental to your main business.
*The closing (or completion) date is the date that ownership and title to the home is transferred along with the payment of funds from the buyer's lawyer/notary to the seller's lawyer/notary.
*Once the deal is complete, you shall receive the referral fee within 30 business days.
